Richard Campbell, CCIM of Veritas Medical Real Estate represented the buyer of (5) retail parcels of land across Alabama for the development of rural urgent care centers. The owner has completed 2 of the 5 centers and Main Street Family Care will occupy all 5 facilities on 10 year leases in Selma, Alexander City, Moody, Eufaula and Valley. Each deal was roughly 3,200 sf and $1.1 mm in value.
