Chapter Membership is open to all Designees, Candidates, and Affiliates residing in or having a place of business within the assigned jurisdiction of the Chapter, or a place of business in an area, which is not within the assigned jurisdiction of any other Chapter.  Chapter members from adjoining Chapters may also join the Chapter by maintaining dual membership in both Chapters.

 


Annual CCIM Chapter Membership dues for:

  • Designees, Candidates, General/Associate Members are $150
  • Affiliates/Vendors: $325
  • College Students: $25

If paying by check, make payable to the Alabama CCIM Chapter, and mail to P. O. Box 43996, Birmingham, AL 35243.

You can also pay by credit card and return this information to amy@alabamaccim.com.

Existing Alabama CCIM Chapter Members can continue to pay their annual chapter and/or CCIM Insitute Membership dues online.

Please note an Alabama CCIM Chapter Membership is separate from a CCIM Institute Membership. If you want to pay your annual local chapter dues along with your national dues, please be sure to check the appropriate box.

Category of Membership

Designee:

An individual who has completed the course program for the designation and has the “CCIM” title after their name and is paying national dues to the CCIM Institute (CCIMI).

Candidate:

An individual who is currently or has in the past taken courses toward the designation and is paying national dues to the CCIM Institute (CCIMI).

Associate:

An individual who is licensed to provide real estate services, or provides products and/or services to the real estate industry.

Affiliates:

An individual who is offering services and/or products to the real estate industry

Student:

A student member is a person enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate university program in which real estate is either a major or minor course of study.

Full-time college students and instructors can join the CCIM Institute as Academic members to grow their commercial real estate network and access CCIM Institute tools. If you are interested in earning the CCIM designation, you will need to join as a Candidate, Fast Track, or University Fast Track Member.
