  • Canada – Pursue the CCIM designation as a Canadian candidate, the Institute candidate equivalent for professionals who live in Canada.
  • International – Pursue the CCIM designation as an International candidate, the Institute candidate equivalent for professionals who live outside the U.S. or Canada.
  • U.S. Government Discount – Join CCIM at a reduced Institute candidate rate if you are a U.S. government employee or in the military.
  • Fast Track – Waive the portfolio and elective credit requirement on your way to the CCIM designation if you have an eligible designation.
  • University Fast Track – Waive CI 101 and two of the following courses: CI 102, CI 103 or CI 104, depending on your specific approved university’s real estate master’s program.
